Alex Hill is the Practice Manager at Edesia Law, bringing 10 years' experience in law firm management. He supports the smooth running of the firm across key operational areas, including finance, HR, systems and day-to-day practice administration.

Alex has a particular interest in modernising law firm management by combining effective technology and software solutions with the values and service standards of a traditional legal practice. His work helps Edesia Law operate efficiently and continue delivering a high-quality service to clients.

Before joining Edesia Law, Alex held legal operations and practice management roles at various law firms, where he managed insurance renewals, compliance, finance, HR, IT systems and operational improvement. He also has experience in the insurance sector, including advising on solicitors' professional indemnity and commercial lines of insurance, together with Lloyd's market experience gained through specialist brokers and Lloyd's underwriters — giving him a strong understanding of both legal practice management and commercial risk.
